Sorry to disappear last week. We've had lots of different sicknesses going through the family. Thankfully we're on the mend now and doing much better.
Last week I finally got my order full of new stuff from the catalog. The first thing I ordered should come as no surprise...new designer series paper! I ordered almost all of the new papers. You can never have too many designs and prints to work with.
I love this new Rockabilly DSP. Each paper in the pack has a glossy print on it. The dark black lines on the background paper are glossy. I tried to take a picture of the card from straight on, but the picture didn't turn out from all the light reflecting off of the shiny stripes.
I punched out three hearts with my new Full Heart punch. I glued down the left and right hearts and then I popped the middle heart up on dimensionals. Although it looks like it in the photo, the stripes on the hearts are not all lined up. It simply looks like it because of the way I had the card angled.
Of course my card wouldn't be complete without some ribbon. This gorgeous, velvety black ribbon is from the new Valet Ribbon Originals.
Well, I'm off and running. I have so much to catch up on after being sick last week. Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you have a wonderful Monday! ~Dannie
