For several months now I have been subscribed to the Sheetloads blog. Twice a month Sheetloads shares a card layout, cutting directions and dimensions, and lots of stamped examples using the card layout. Their directions show you how to quickly make a "sheetload" of cards.
The best part about Sheetloads is that they give you all of this information in the form of a *free* PDF that you can download. The larger magazine is released on the first of the month and the mini magazine is released on the 15th.
This morning I needed to make a lot of thank you cards so I turned to the Sheetloads mini magazine for my inspiration (see the link above).
I used three of the prints from the Patterns Pack designer series paper (level 1 hostess set) along with some Ruby Red cardstock. This is my favorite "fall" color combination--Ruby Red, More Mustard, Not Quite Navy, Always Artichoke.
The card layout in the Sheetloads magazine showed the three flower images sitting next to each other along the bottom. My flowers were a little too wide and overlapped each other so I staggered them across the panel.
School starts tomorrow so I have lots of last minute things to finish today. I need to feed the kids lunch and then dash out the door so my daughter can go meet her teacher. I hope you have a wonderful Monday! ~Dannie
