Ashley had a question about how I put my cone ornament together. She wanted to know how I adhered the top row of cones to the bottom row. I've been trying to answer your question and I keep re-writing this post trying to explain how to do it, but it's so much easier to show you in a picture.
I put adhesive down the back of the top cones. Be sure to stick your finger inside the cone so you don't squish it flat. If you'd like to use a stronger adhesive, you can use sticky tape instead.
You want to hold your ornament kind of like a bowling ball--using three fingers. One in the top and two on the bottom and then gently squeeze them together to make them stick. Again, be sure not to squish any cones flat in the process.
