It's amazing what you can find when you actually clean your stamp room! Just like the kitchen, I can't clean this room faster than the mess can multiply. Look at this fun project I found.
It's a round altoid tin that I altered about a year ago. Some of the paper and punches have retired, but I still think it's a great idea. I cut out a thin strip of Spring Flowers Designer Series Paper and glued it around the side of the tin. I used my coluzzle to cut out a circle to cover the top. Then I decorated it with flowers that I punched out in colors that coordinated with the Spring Flowers DSP.
I printed the word "punches" on the computer and punched it out with my oval punch. I finished off the lid by tying some Taupe Grosgrain around the edge. I used sticky strip to make sure the ribbon wouldn't move.
I filled the tin with a bunch of punched shapes. I think this would be a great gift to give somebody along with a pack of coordinating DSP and some card stock. It's a great "card starter" kit. Simply change the colors of card stock for the punches and you can make this coordinate with any DSP you have.
