Can you believe it? Two days in a row with a project to share with you. Hopefully this stamping streak will continue. It feels so good to be creating cards again. Today I wanted to share with you a birthday card I created using this week's Mojo Monday sketch.
I love the new Watercolor Wonder DSP. It's so pretty. Even though the paper is covered in flowers, I wanted to add a few more, so I used the Spiral Flower Big Shot die.
I love the way they turned out. I will make a tutorial on how I made these flowers. I learned a few tips and tricks that helped me and I'll be sure to pass those along. I added some paper piercing under the sentiment and around two of the circles. I didn't have a template for paper piercing the circles, so I free-handed it. I also sponged the edges of the Whisper White circle.
For the inside of the card, I added a small strip of DSP to tie it in with the front of the card. Very clean and simple. I hope the birthday girl likes it. Thanks for stopping by!
