I can't believe that September is almost over and that all of the holidays are just around the corner. I always have such good intentions of giving handmade gifts wrapped in a handmade box or bag with a handmade gift tag or card. Unfortunately it rarely happens because I run out of time. So this year I decided to start early. I pulled out the Captured Card Case pattern (from Papertrey) and made this box.
This box is the perfect size for holding a set of standard sized cards and envelopes or a small gift. If you look at the top of the box, you'll see that I made a homemade gift tag too.
My sister-in-law is expecting her baby shortly after the holidays so I'll be using this box to wrap up some baby clothes for her. I'm just waiting to find out the baby's gender so I can go shopping.
If you're like me, then hurry and get a jump start on your holiday stamping too. Thanks so much for stopping by!
